This SMS service is operated by Evan Frohlich (sole proprietor), 25-29 14th Place, Astoria, NY 11102. The service lets an individual exchange text messages with Sona, a personal AI assistant. It is a private, low-volume line for individual use — not a marketing program. SMS line: +1 (888) 995-8729.
We collect only the mobile phone number you provide when you opt in, and the content of the SMS messages you exchange with Sona. We do not collect any other personal information through this service.
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have opted in to receive and to respond to messages you send. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or message content with any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the messaging carriers and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver your messages (for example, Amazon Web Services and the mobile carriers).
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Message content is retained only as long as needed to provide the assistant service and is not used for any other purpose. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
